Del tofuen evn i to, s\u00e5 du f\u00e5r to stykker av ca. 3-4 cm i h\u00f8yden. Skj\u00e6r s\u00e5 rutem\u00f8nster i tofuen , ca. 1-2 cm ned slik at tofuen ikke brekker n\u00e5r du steker den. B\u00f8y tofuen litt slik at den &laquo;spriker&raquo; litt, s\u00e5 er det klart for \u00e5 krydre. Her er det opp til smak og behag, men salt og pepper er en selvf\u00f8lge. Et hint av paprikakrydder passer ogs\u00e5 perfekt, samt hvitl\u00f8kskrydder.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-8283\" src=\"https:\/\/gronnejenter.wordpress.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/2t3a8095.jpg?w=656\" alt=\"2t3a8095\" width=\"656\" height=\"437\" \/><strong><em>Poteter<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nKutt dem i skiver, ca 0,5 cm tykke. Tilberedes i rikelig med olje i panna (hva vi nordmenn vil kalle &laquo;frityrsteking&raquo; ). H\u00f8y temperatur, vendes stadig slik at de blir gyldne p\u00e5 hver siden. Salt og pepper underveis. Litt l\u00f8k stekes sammen med potetene for ekstra smak!<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-8282\" src=\"https:\/\/gronnejenter.wordpress.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/2t3a8082.jpg?w=656\" alt=\"2t3a8082\" width=\"656\" height=\"437\" \/><em><strong>Brekkb\u00f8nner<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nFerske eller frosne, alt etter \u00e5rstiden. Stekes i godt med olje til de er gyldne..
