Du trenger verken ta av skallet eller krydre s\u00e5 mye; s\u00f8tpoteten har nemlig masse smak i seg selv.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Denne oppskriften er latterlig enkel. Halve jobben er gjort n\u00e5r du har skrudd p\u00e5 ovnen!<\/p>\n<p>Du trenger:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 s\u00f8tpoteter<\/li>\n<li>2 paprika<\/li>\n<li>1 l\u00f8k<\/li>\n<li>En hvitl\u00f8k<\/li>\n<li>Basilikum<\/li>\n<li>Litt olje av noe slag<\/li>\n<li>2 dl mandler<\/li>\n<li>En pose spinat<\/li>\n<li>1 granateple<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Kutt s\u00f8tpotetene, paprika og l\u00f8k, og putt alt i en stor form. Hvitl\u00f8ksfeddene kan du la steke sammen med de andre ingrediensene i formen, uten \u00e5 ta av skallet. Jeg synes det er godt med litt gr\u00f8nnsaksbuljong str\u00f8dd over. Stek deretter formen i rundt 30 minutter p\u00e5 200 grader. S\u00f8tpotene blir skikkelig myke og kanskje nesten litt seige ogs\u00e5. N\u00e5r de er klare, vender du det sammen med spinat og granateple.
